Your wellbeing is our priority 

These friendly and welcoming one hour sessions offer you expert information, a moment to pause and relax and a chance to connect with others wanting to overcome stress and improve health. 

You will leave feeling lighter, energised and more focused on what matters to you. 

The sessions are hosted by Will Shipp, Social Prescribing Lead who will sometimes introduce special guest experts for some focused wellbeing learning and activities. 

Exclusively for patients of: 

• Whiteladies Health Centre 

• Pembroke Road Surgery 

• The Family Practice 

• Student Health Services (UOB) 

What to expect 

• Help yourself to a herbal tea or water as we gather and Will introduces this weeks topic.
• We will usually do a round of names and a few deep breaths together to settle down.

• Each session will be unique with either Will or the expert guest guiding people through discussions, learning and practical exercises to improve wellbeing 

• We will then give you the chance to ask questions, chat (if you'd like) and write down your goals and how you can take the information into your life.
